Phoenix Notary Company is the result of years of training and performing thousands of notarial acts. I am an independent Notary Public for the State of Arizona originally commissioned in 2012.

I worked hard through the pandemic years to assist thousands of homeowners re-finance their existing homes and those re-locating or buying new homes. I am currently one of the highest-ranked Notaries Public in Arizona on Signing Order (signing service order management) by local and nationwide title and escrow companies. 

With the introduction of RON (Remote Online Notary) capabilities in Arizona over the last few years, it has quickly become my specialty and the major of the notarial acts that I perform. It is fast, convenient, secure, and flexible for you, the customer, and the title/escrow companies.

Apostille and document authentication services are now a big part of my business as well. This can be an intimidating process, which I am happy to handle for you!
